POIESIS at the “Strengthening Public Trust in Science” Conference in Paris

POIESIS Consortium members Martin W. Bauer and Michel Dubois represented the project in the event, organised by the French Republic, the French National Research Agency (ANR), and Science Europe.

The Conference, fully entitled "TRUST IN SCIENCE: Analysing the challenges and identifying solutions" was held on December 11th at the French National Library and featured among others representatives of HORIZON Europe research projects that focus on the topic such as IANUS and VERITY, European and national policymakers, as well as high-profile researchers.

Martin Bauer served as a Speaker and Michel Dubois as a Moderator of the Session 1 (Understanding the Trust Relationship and Factors Supporting Public Trust in Science) of the Conference!

POIESIS, during its 3-year research activity engaged hundreds of people across Europe and provided useful tools for explaining the factors that affect, as well as a set recommendations to tackle societal mistrust in science! We are pleased to share them with the scientific community and policymakers, in our collective efforts to enhance public trust in science in Europe and worldwide!
